【Characteristics and uses】
1. This product is used in soaping of cotton knitted fabrics, towels and cheese yarn after dyeing. The soaping temperature should be controlled between 80-90℃. Before use, please dissolve it in cold water at a ratio of 1:20 and then slowly add it from the auxiliary tank. Be careful not to allow direct contact with the dye when adding.
2. This product is particularly suitable for soaping dark-colored fabrics (such as dark blue, black, etc.), and can also be used for soaping other medium- and light-colored fabrics. The general dosage is: 0.1-0.3g/L, and the dosage can be adjusted according to the specific situation.
3. Recommended reference process: water washing after dyeing (5-10min) → neutralization soap washing (80-90℃×10-15min) → enzyme soap washing (80℃×10min) → washing at room temperature → color fixing.
<Packaging and Storage> Plastic bag packaging: 25 kg/bag, sealed and stored in a cool, dry place. Use as soon as possible after opening. Do not expose to air or sunlight for a long time.
