Performance characteristics
1. This product is mainly used for the post-dyeing fixation treatment of cellulose fibers dyed with reactive and direct dyes, and can significantly improve the soap fastness and rubbing fastness.
2. This product will not or only slightly affect the light fastness of dyeing and the hydrophilicity of fabrics.
3. This product will not or only slightly affect the color of dyeing, which is beneficial to production.
4. The working liquid of this product has less "fading" accumulation, which is beneficial to stable production during continuous roller dyeing.
5. This product can effectively improve mercerization fastness and reduce fading and color change.
How to use
1. Impregnation process: dosage 1~3% (o.w.f) 45-50℃×20-30′. In order to facilitate uniform adsorption of fabrics, it is recommended to dilute from the auxiliary tank and add slowly, which takes about 20 minutes.
2. Padding process: dosage 5～20g/L
3. Removal method: After confirming that the softener has been completely removed, use dispersible solid remover EF-TR 2G/L 95℃×20-30′ and cold wash once.
Packaging and storage: 125kg, 200kg/plastic barrel, stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, shelf life is 12 months.
